Villa Del Sol is a unique, affordable garden complex situated in a secluded part of Margate, yet within walking distance of the town centre. It has a lovely pool with entertainment area, sauna and a laundry.

Most of the units have superb sea views, own braai and garden or patio. The two bedroom units (4 to 6 bed) are set in tranquil garden surroundings and fully equipped with a modern open plan kitchen and living room.

Villa del Sol is self-catering holiday accommodation and all the units are fully equipped. We provide bed linen and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels. The units are serviced daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We offer clients Dstv Premium Bouquet television channels, KykNet & Disney Channel. Undercover parking is available for one motor vehicle.

Arrival time is from 14h00, check-out time before 10h00. Keys collection at designated location will be arranged with host.

The complex is fenced with electronic security gates and a security guard on duty over weekends for your safety and to attend to late arrivals.

No pets allowed. Cancellation of booking could be subject to a cancellation fee.

VILLA DEL SOL IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTY EVENTS / FUNCTIONS.
No parties or group bookings are allowed.
Minimum stay between 3 and 5 days, depending on the season.
